p90x first few days
first few days have been kicking my ass. literally. physically. my ass hurts really bad when im walking or even just doing anything. and my legs are all sore and crazy too but my ass hurts the most even though it was a lower leg work out except for a few parts that ar supposed to work your butt muscles. anyways i am too tired to blog about it too much but these are some pictures for my ‘before’ pics that they told me to take. youre supposed to have 6 , two facing front with hands on hip and arms up, two facing back and hands on hip and arms up, then one of your side, and one of a ‘twist’ type of pose which i couldnt really get right. agh anyways im too lazy to type about it, i will later
