restaurant supplies and what nots

Well I had to stop by the restaurant today to pick up my sister and they had just gotten some new equipment. Having had family in charge of convenient stores and restaurants I’ve been in those walk-in coolers a bunch of times and its pretty neat. Anyways we pretty much have lot commercial refrigeration equipment laying around cause of all the ones they’ve gone through. You can see a whole bunch of different ones from that link up there. We have the ones that are flat out and one thats a stand up. It looks mostly like the “true chef bases” on the website. These things are pretty expensive they’re about a few thousand dollars each and plus I have no idea how they’d ship it. They also have these commercial ice machines which we have one of that’s pretty big. The good thing about those commercial ice machines is that they always make really good ice. I know it sounds funny but their ice doesn’t melt as fast as the ice that comes out of a regular refrigerator at home. They always last way longer. Overall though the online ordering does offer a good comparison of pricing and plus they have a better selection. Normally the places that sell restaurant equipment around here don’t have a lot of different models especially for the bigger equipment like ice machines and freezers.
